New release of the Legion Builder

Hello old friends!

We received word that the Legion Builder would stop working due to some soon-to-be unsupported tech choices we made when building it.

As we’ve said in the past, we intend to make this available for as long as possible, and making it open source if we can no longer support it ourselves.

So we’ve built a new test version —  we could really use some help testing!
